All ProActive PT sessions will take you through focused, efficient workouts designed to motivate, educate and most importantly, get you results.

We operate from a belief that everyone should have a trainer – even for as little as once per month. Having your own personal coach overseeing your program and progress is the key to success. Without this type of customized attention, the majority of people never achieve their goals. Our clients achieve life-changing results. This is what it’s all about for us. Nothing brings us more joy than to know that we have positively impacted someone’s life.

Suzanne Gove-O'Rourke, BPE



Owner, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader



Originally from Canada, Suzanne has been active in the health and fitness industry for more than 30 years. She obtained her BPE from the University of Alberta, where she concentrated in athletic injuries and sports performance.

Having been a competitive figure skater, Suzanne knows the value of qualified fitness instruction. She focuses on enhancing her client’s athletic performance through guidance and coaching. As a certified trainer of fitness leaders, Suzanne has been inspiring other fitness professionals to elevate the industry as a whole for many years.

Suzanne believes that when you make a commitment and focus on achieving a goal, anything is possible. According to her, fitness can make you feel alive and take you beyond your wildest dreams.

Tina Gill



Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader, Health Coach



As a lifelong lover of exercise and fitness, Tina has learned firsthand that movement is the key to optimal health. After spending 18 years with the court system, she left her desk job because it was literally "killing her”. Tina's interest in fitness started as a child. Her childhood heroes were Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jack LaLanne and Jane Fonda. In the high school weight room, she became interested in personal training, but her life took a different course at that time. 28 years later, she was finally able to explore her passion and she started working her dream career as a PT in 2016. This goes to show it’s never too late to start a new path!

Tina believes fitness is for everyone and there is always something we can do, even when starting out with chronic pain. Getting stronger is the first step to living pain free, weight loss and feeling your best. She loves helping people and her mission is to teach and inspire others to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Andrew Milam



Personal Trainer



Andrew's main objective is to help teach, inspire and make fitness EXCITING with a big smile on his face. He loves to help clients achieve goals while at the same time teaching them that living a healthy lifestyle is the most important gift they can give to themselves and their loved ones. Andrew enjoys helping people attain a level of fitness that they thought was not possible, as well as making everyday tasks easier. He will do whatever it takes to bring the joy of fitness to as many people as possible.

Andrew’s specialty is designing training programs that challenge the body and the mind at any age. This is accomplished by creating exciting muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular programs that aid in bringing out the best in his clients.

Andrew is working out of the Fresno, CA area and is available for virtual/online personal training appointments or for individual program design.

Michael O'Rourke



Owner, Personal Trainer, Cycling/Endurance Coach



Michael started out as a successful endurance runner, followed by an avid body builder, then most recently a National Champion Road Cyclist. This variety of athletic endeavor was largely driven simply by the challenge of setting, then achieving a goal. Lending to those successes was his keen interest in the science of physiology. In the continual pursuit of expanding his knowledge, he spent 7 years aiding in physical therapy, rehabilitating knees, hips, backs and shoulders as well as working with seniors. This lifetime of experience and education has enabled him to empower others to achieve their physical goals, however great or small. Whether that goal be winning a national title, knocking a tough hike off your bucket list, or just better balance and core stability for your daily life, Michael can help you achieve your goals.

Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, Michael has taken on full-time employment outside of the fitness industry so has very limited availability.
